The report states that Bukadra Part 2, Sobha Hartland, Al Warsan First, Dubai Harbour and Al Kheeran, are likely to show the highest price growth in Dubai in the fourth quarter.

According to AI platform Realiste, Bukadra Part 2, located south of Dubai Harbour, next to the Ras Al Khor industrial zones, has a the highest projected real estate price growth among all listed neighborhoods. In the fourth quarter of 2023, the expected price growth is 8.12%.
